Monster Hunter Outlanders: A New Era for Mobile Gaming?

TiMi Studio and Capcom recently revealed the debut of a new mobile version of the license, which promises to offer the Monster Hunter Wilds experience to Android and iOS users (unlike Monster Hunter Now!). Monster Hunter Wilds is scheduled for release on PC and consoles in February 2025. Is this just another unmemorable adaption of a well-known smartphone license, or is it truly excellent news for fans? Let's investigate...

TiMi Studio and Capcom reveal Monster Hunter Outlanders, an open-world survival game set in the Monster Hunter universe that can be played solo or cooperatively with up to four people, in a stunning teaser that doesn't actually reveal anything about the game, much less its gameplay.

In addition to hunting and exploring, you will be able to make your own tools and gear. Additionally, you'll discover the standard Monster Hunter weaponry, such as swords, double blades, and bows (though the hammer hasn't been seen yet).

Furthermore, MH Outlanders could potentially contain the famous monsters. The Rathian will be a part of the journey, as you can see on the game's X page!

And without friends, what would MH be? For the mobile edition, several adorable new small creatures have taken the place of the Palicos and Palamutes.

Since it has been revealed that a number of playable characters would be unlocked in Monster Hunter Outlanders, which will be available for free on both iOS and Android, we may anticipate a gacha system. Whether or whether the economic structure will favor F2P gamers is still up in the air.

If you haven't been paying attention, TiMi Studio is by no means a new player in the mobile game production industry. They are in charge of Honor of Kings, Pokémon Unite, Call of Duty Mobile (which in 2022 brought in more money than all of CoD and Warzone combined), and, most recently, Age of Empires Mobile.

Therefore, we can anticipate Monster Hunter Outlanders to be a high-caliber game that lives up to the expectations of iOS and Android players. Anyway, that's all we're aiming for! Although there isn't a release date yet, we'll update you as soon as we do.
